Why we built this
Lattify was born from a simple observation: the fastest way to teach someone how to do something is to show them. But video alone doesn’t scale - it’s hard to search, impossible to track, and people can’t follow a 20-minute walkthrough while they’re actually doing the work.
We asked: what if you could capture knowledge as easily as pulling out your phone, and deliver it as something structured enough to actually train a team? That’s what Lattify does.
Who we are
Lattify is founded by Eamonn Best, who spent over a decade at Spotify building and scaling two-sided marketplace products. He’s taken the thinking behind platform strategy - matching the right content to the right person at the right time - and applied it to how small teams actually get work done.
The team combines deep product and engineering experience across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and design. We’re based in London and focused on the UK market, with plans to expand internationally.
Our approach
We build with conviction. Lattify isn’t a generic LMS with AI bolted on - it’s purpose-built for the way small and medium businesses actually operate. Our customers don’t have L&D departments. They have busy managers who need their team up to speed yesterday.
